Navigating healthcare, life transitions, and future planning can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not sure where to start. At Peaceful Pines Senior Living, we believe no one should have to figure it out alone. That’s why we’re excited to host Pathway to Care: Community Resource Fair, a free event designed to bring trusted local resources together in one place to support seniors, caregivers, and families throughout our community.
A Place to Learn, Connect, and Ask Questions
On Saturday, March 28 from 1:00–4:00 PM, Peaceful Pines Senior Living in Madison will welcome a wide variety of local professionals and organizations dedicated to helping individuals navigate care and life transitions with confidence. In partnership with St. Croix Hospice, this community event will feature vendors and resource partners representing healthcare, therapy services, insurance and financial planning, home services, nonprofit organizations, and more. Whether you are planning ahead, supporting a loved one, or simply exploring local resources, this event offers a relaxed, welcoming environment to gather information and build meaningful connections.
Special Guest Speaker: Transitions Made Easy
At 2:00 PM, guests are invited to attend a special presentation by Sherry Anderson of Caring Transitions.
Her talk, Transitions Made Easy, will focus on practical strategies for downsizing and decluttering. Topics many families face when preparing for a move or supporting evolving care needs. Attendees will leave with actionable tips and a clearer understanding of how to navigate these transitions with less stress and greater confidence.
More Than Information — A Community Experience
In addition to visiting vendors and attending the presentation, guests can participate in raffles and giveaways from participating organizations. Donations collected during the event will also support local charities, helping extend the impact of the day beyond the event itself.
