Who We Are

HME Care is the care services division of HME Companies, providing the development, management, and operation of senior living communities across South Dakota, with continued growth into neighboring states.

Rooted in a family-centered philosophy, HME Care supports older adults through every stage of aging by offering independent living, assisted living, memory and cognitive support, respite stays, and day stays. Our communities are intentionally designed to meet residents where they are, supporting aging in place while promoting dignity, safety, connection, and quality of life as needs evolve.
